answers to many of your questions...

Is Gateway Academy (GA) a registered school recognized by the State of New York? GA is a registered NYS School and is approved by the NYS Board of Regents. As a registered school GA can grant academic credit in NYS. GA is also a long-standing member of the Association of Christian Schools International. Our High School specifically is accredited with SACS, AdvancEd and ACSI.

What makes GA a safe school? GA's first priority is security: GA staffs an armed security guard during the school week; most of our facility, inside and out, is video monitored; parents and guests are screened before entering our building; staff are continually trained for fire and lock down drills; and all staff undergo rigorous background checks.

What about emotional safety? GA has a nurturing school environment that does not tolerate actual bullying. Our teachers are excellent in their ability to connect with students, thus creating a healthy relational school environment.
